This session provides an understanding of human behavior in the workplace and offers strategies for both professional and personal development. We will discuss the four quadrants of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management and set development goals in each area. Individual Values=Team Values=Company Values

Our individual values represent our principles and standards and help others see what we consider important in life. But how does an organization determine its core values? Actually the leaders and the associates determine the values in an organization. This workshop will guide the participant through a core values assessment. You will walk away from this workshop with clarity regarding your personal core values and with a tool you can utilize within your organization to help determine the values of your team.


Forming Your Personal Board of Directors

A personal board of directors is a group of people who you consult with regularly for counsel and guidance.
