Leadership Competencies: What Do I Have? What Do I Need?
Leadership competencies are leadership skills and behaviors that contribute to superior performance. Individuals and organizations are encouraged to create an intentional strategy toward the development of leadership competencies for each level within the organization. This interactive workshop will provide insight regarding specific leadership competencies that are desired for executive and management roles as well as strategies for designing a leadership development plan to focus on closing competency gaps.
Developing a Strategic Mindset
Making the shift from a tactical to strategic mindset is an essential competency for current and aspiring leaders. However, these competencies are among the most difficult to master. This session will focus on strategies for developing strategic agility, innovation management, and a global perspective in order to lead with vision and purpose.
The Human Dimensions of Business: Why the Soft Skills Matter?
This session provides an understanding of human behavior in the workplace and offers strategies for both professional and personal development. We will discuss the four quadrants of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management and set development goals in each area.
